I'm Still Here

Hey guys,

I know I haven't posted anything in a while and I really am sorry. It's been a year since I left the scene to go to college, and I'm still trying to figure things out for myself. I promise that when the time is right I'll share everything that I've been doing, so just please be patient and stick with me here.

The reason I wanted to write something though was because I need to address the issue of people pretending to be me. A number of instances have been brought to my attention since I started this project. I knew it was inevitable, and I know there isn't really anything I can do to stop it mainly because the responsibility lies with you, the fans and followers. You need to be your own judge and do your best to tell whether what you're looking at, listening to and even communicating with is actually me. The only piece of advice that I can give you is if it isn't linked from my website, myspace, twitter or youtube account, then it probably isn't me.

And for those of you who might just be mislead fans that sincerely didn't mean any harm, you need to understand the difference between infringing on my intellectual property and simply wanting to share it. You can create fan pages and post my music anywhere you want; I would appreciate that and love you for it. But you just can't claim the work as your own and pretend to be me while leading other people on.

I hope these issues resolve themselves and that the true fans know well enough to tell the difference. Thanks for listening, I promise I'll be back soon.

Nate

Stepping Out...

To my loyal fans, occasional visitors and friends I have made along the way,

The past few years I have spent making music and sharing it with the world have been amazing. I enjoyed every second of this adventure, and I have only you to thank for that. Whatever support I received from everyone was the basis of my will to proceed, and every opportunity that presented itself was easily the result.

Unfortunately, I have made the difficult decision to step back from my work and focus on a collegiate career majoring in 'Music Industry'. This has been an issue that I have been struggling with for the past few months, and explains why I have been fairly absent lately. In August I will be moving to Los Angeles, California to pursue this. I will never stop making music though and I will never stop wanting to share it with the world. My attention however will now be primarily dedicated to succeeding in this new goal that I have set for myself. I hope that you continue to support me, as you constantly have in the past, so that I may achieve this.

For any of you interested, I put together a collection of every song I completed for this project, including a few tracks I never actually released, and made it available for download (This is the link: http://www.mediafire.com/?ionixoz22x88e4k). Consider it a way for me to leave everything I've ever made behind, for you all to have and enjoy.

I cannot completely turn away from the route I have paved for myself in these last few years, so there is still a great chance that I will put out new music in the future. If I do, I can only hope that you will all be back to listen.

Thank you to every single person that listened to, loved and shared any of my music. I love every single one of you, and always will with everything that I am. I owe all of this to you.

See you soon,

Nate

...3 years in the making

New Song!

I've been out for a while, and I apologize. Hopefully the new track makes up for my absence... As always the song is up on my Myspace page. It's a cover of one of my all-time favorites-- "Every Breath You Take" by The Police. I changed up the lyrics a little bit and made it mine, so I hope you like it. I'm putting it up for download (link is at the bottom of the post), so make sure you grab that as well.

Always love.

The surprise clip at the end killed me... I can't wait for this album

REPUBL1C Skate Park Launch

If this seems like it could be your thing, you should definitely show up. I'll be there supporting my boy Julio as usual and might even spin for a little bit before Rolando of Deftmix comes on. Should be dope, so I'll see you there!

Starter > New Era

A lot of brands have been coming out with snap backs for a while now... Aside from the drops by The Hundreds at Republ1c though, you really don't see too much of them here. Someone's gotta get on Mishka quick cause the spring line is what's good...
